Mobility Tracks

In 2021/2022 and 2022/2023, all students should spend the first semester of the program at Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia (Italy) and the remaining semesters at one or more partner universities from the five Consortium Universities: Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (Spain), Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia (Italy), Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and Warsaw School of Economics (Poland). All students must perform their mobilities between at least two partner universities and spend their second year in only one partner university. The second year is devoted to the chosen specialization.

The mobility track is set for each student during the Admission Process. In the application phase, the student should express their preferences about mobility. The Joint Graduate Committee chooses the proposed mobility track taking into account factors such as the student's preference, the wishes of the partners, and the equal distribution of students within the Consortium for the second year.

If a student is accepted, the committee proposes a specific mobility track. The student is notified about his acceptance with that mobility track. The possible confirmation of intention to participate in the EMJMD QEM program means accepting the proposed mobility track.

Mobility changes after confirmation of acceptance by the student are in general not possible for the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship holders. However, the Joint Graduate Committee can exceptionally allow such change under some particular situations.

The deadline for submitting requests for all mobility changes for the second semester is September 15th of the first year and for the second year is June 10th of the first year. Only the students without the Erasmus Mundus scholarships are concerned by this deadline. These requests must be sent to qemapp@univ-paris1.fr
